yes, you can, the 3650 motor has 3,17mm of diameter, like the desert racing buggy and most of the 1/10 cars

Obviously 3.18mm shaft size (1/8") since the motor is the hobbywing inrunner and I am 90% positive it is 48 pitch like the stock ultima gearing and most 10th scale offroaders.

If you use stock Tamiya gears then they are not standard 48 pitch, rather metric.0,6 which is close to 42.33 SAE pitch. Now if you have swapped to SAE gearing then this will work just fine. It might work with stock Tamiya spurs but it will wear them faster than usual. Hope I helped.
