Does the tiny plastic bushings/ball-type spacers include? From 3 mm pin to 5mm mount hole.

After some looking through the spare parts availiable, the only kit that contains something that somewhat resembles the item i'm asking for is this* PRODUCT ID: 249000027 Seems to be 2 pcs per bag (one side) Anyway I guess I'll make my own from aluminium or something.
