Now the second 4S1P failed with zero output. I took the battery apart and found the cell tab on one fully cracked, an open circuit. Seems the battery circuit board flexes under the strain of the large gauge wire or the battery tab was defective from the factory.

I wouldn't buy one till they fix the dimensions in the tables above. So which is correct?

I measured mine to be 143mm length x 48mm wide x 37mm height

Has anyone tried these 4S1P packs in a newer-model (gray chassis) Traxxas E-Maxx? I read that the 4S2P will fit into a Traxxas Slash battery compartment (which I imagine has the same width as E-Maxx battery compartments), but this 1P version has slightly different dimensions? I made a custom battery strap out of Velcro, so battery height is not a problem, but just worried about them fitting well width-wise?

The 4200mah LIFOPO4 4S1P ballooned up and has zero output after 1 year of careful use. Quality appears good but a dead battery cancels all positive attributes.
