Hobbyking Sbach 300 Blue-white Gas 30cc 1850mm (ARF) (USA Warehouse)
This stunning looking Sbach 300 is a pure, mean, 3D machine! The superb Ultra-light construction, which features a sheeted spine fuselage for strength, keeps the flying weight minimal, couple this with an RCG 30cc engine and you have unlimited vertical performance!
The wings and horizontal stabilizers are plug in for easy transport, the tailfeathers are not flat sheet but full aerofoil, the control surfaces are easily large enough for 3D maneouvers. Rudder is pull/pull and high quality ball linked control rods are used throughout for precision and safety. The pre-applied covering is glossy and of a very high standard, the colour scheme is ideal for orientation and is a just that little bit different. This is a high quality 3D model that is also an ideal everyday sport flyer when set up on low rates, either way, its a real performer and a real looker!
Hey HK!!! Why this plane is available only in USA? Let us, "***r mortals" worldwide, have the chance to buy it in international warehouse. Think on us, too. Thanks!
This plane is superb, it´*s well made, strong and light, cero instructions, so have to guess how hardware goes. Just as precaution I reinforced engine mount with balsa squares and epoxy, put a coat of fiberglass every where to prevent gasoline into the wood. I changed the wheels for 3" rubber with alum wheels. It would be great if the spinner be included. Lots of nights to set it perfect to fly, but with a DLE 30, it flew great, stable, nice 3D action. Very happy with it.
I found some 6-32 threaded rod/turnbuckle 6" long for the too short elevator pushrods. Some threaded 3mm rod would have been perfect but I couldn't find any. I also changed to rubber wheels, kit pieces way too hard. I agree, too bad there was no spinner. But the wood structure and covering is very good. Calambre where did you locate your c/g?
I just now found the instructions in the files tab above. disregard my comment about the need for a longer elevator pushrod (per instructions), servo goes in the stationary elevator, not on the fuse side.
I had the same problem with the elevator rods, looked inside the fuselage and saw the servo locations, so due to the absence of instructions, I destroyed the integrity of the covering !!, but it works just fine. My CG is just in the spar, but remember my elev servos are not as far as yours.

Arrived well packaged and seems undamaged. Very attractive. Fairly light construction, will be delicate from apprearances. But first problem is there are no instructions included. Got on their chat line and was told this is a plug-n-play model, very simple to put together and go. Can't believe that's the response for one of their largest and expensive gasoline kits. Not very happy right now with them.
