The Gulfstream G500 is a modern long range business jet that is also used by the military in several counties, powered by 2 Rolls Royce Turbofan engines, it is a state of the art private jet.
The Hobbyking G500 is a large & quite superb, high quality model of this attractive and succesful Civilian jet. Model jets of this class and size are normally cost prohibitive for all but the select few, not any more! Specs are impressive as the looks, the G500 features a composite fuselage and engine nacelles, the wings, rudder and horizontal stabilizer/elevator are balsa. As you would expect given it's size, the wings are plug in, feature split flaps and are retract ready, or you can use the supplied fixed landing gear.
The engine nacels are bolt on and the high performance 90mm fan units are also supplied, the inlet rings double up as a polished alloy effect scale inlet for that final touch. There is tons of room for lipoly's in the easy access hatch area, which will also allow for easy C of G balancing depending on the set up used. This is a very attractive looking model with a huge presence that will look majestic and sound fantastic in flight, the G500 is a model any RC Scale pilot would be proud to own.
