R8FA is compatible with Radio control system,(Futaba 6EX-2.4GH)?

When I connect the Ailerons with reciver (R8FA) and then disconnect the supply battery connector the reciver lost the signal (green LED)

KINDLY NOTE:if the Ailerons are left diconnected the reciver working fine.

There are anyone to help me on this issue Please.

 chris 22 points
Leave ur supply battery in.the receiver needs a power supply!!!!

What about CE certification of this receiver?

"FASST multi-channel mode" What does it mean? Fits this Reciever a single PPM Signal for all 8 Channels (such as Futaba S-Bus) ???
Outbreak  18 points - 3/11/2013

Will it work with T8J ??
 kyus74 14 points

What is the black driver for what use as it?
 Stephan 1 points
it's used to bind the receiver to the transmitter
Marvin  6 points - 11/27/2012

They are about the same. I never had a issue with mine. I think the orangerx is smaller.
Mike  15 points - 8/15/2012

I have got one and I can't get it to work I am using a futaba 9c with a tm8 modual and I follow the instructions, turn on the transmitter hold the bind button on the reciever and then plug it in and hold the bind button till the light's cycle but when I do it it just stay's solid red and do's not do anything.
 Devz_irl 23 points
Hold the bind button before you turn on the reciever and keep held while turning it on.
 Jason 2 points
I have 4 of these and have never had any issues with them binding or using them. i would say maybe you got a lemon. i would try holding the bind button down while turning on the transmiter to see if that helps. otherwise return it.
 Shinobi 29 points
You only need to hold the bind button for a second or so. If you keep it pressed for too long you start programming mode.

Is it better than the orange Rx ? More range ??
 Thomas 7 points
I am not sure yet as I have yet to receive the one I ordered. It has finally shipped so may know in a few days. I had problems with the orange one and my Futaba radio. The throttle did not work right on slow advances so I hope this one is better.

It seems to be more resistant :D
 Brandon Moon 109 points
Actually I have both kinds, the Orange & the Corona, and useing them on my Futaba 12FG....to me they are about the same....but I like the plug and connector fit on the Corona better, plus it's a little easier to bind. I've never had an issue with either one and now have bought 7 of the Corona 14 Ch RX's...they are Fantastic!!! and I highly recomend them
 ogre1 30 points
I bought four of these for my large foamies. they are great for the price, considering that futaba wants 90.00 i have used them with no problems so far and they are the same size as the old 72mhzt recievers. they bind quickly and work great. thanks hobby king

funciona con el Hobby King 401B AVCS Digital Head Lock Gyro???
 edudominguez1 46 points

Does this work with my Futaba 14mz fasst? The 14mz is not listed but I use Futaba fasst rx with it.
 Taparou 38 points
Yes it will work. It works with all faast compatible transmitter
 Balza_gio 14 points
Yes it will work. It works with all faast compatible transmitter, very good product at low price!
 Eduardo 12 points
I guess so. It works with my 12 FG.
 conor 19 points
it will work without a problem, just use the same procedure for linking a new receiver as in the manual for your transmitter, if you don't know the procedure have a look for the manual online. it usually pretty simple but i recommend doing it before you put the receiver in your model.
 matbogdan 41 points
Yes it is working with my 14mz. buy it with confidence for 8 channels fasst receiver.
 Johan 15 points
I'm using a 14MZ and no problems with it. Just check your setting on the RX for servo speeds. If your HS setting is incorrect you will burn standard servo's. The manual explains it nicely in how to set the RX.

Can the transmitter of [FUTABA10C] currently sold in Japan use?
 Eduardo 12 points
I can't see reasons to not work with. BTW, mine is fine. I use it on gliders, climbing almost off of sight and no problems at all.
 ogre1 30 points
I bought four of these to use with my electrics and I have not had any problems, I use the with a Futaba 7c. They bound almost instantly and work great especially at a third of the price. thanks hobbyking

I have 4pk radio. Are these receivers compatible with? Even it is the same FAST 2.4 Gz. Any one know or has experience , Thanks.
 Marcelo Sebastian 6 points
they work with futaba fasst 2.4 ghz without problems
 tonioaltea 711 points
this is only for futaba in 2.4
 matthew 6 points
the 4pk will work. It is a 2.4ghz radio with FASST technology so it should work. I have used this with multiple futabas without a problem it should be good. Happy Flying!!
 Oliver 5 points
I have a few of them, using a Futaba 8FG and 7C transmitters and they work without a glitch. They are bigger then the Futaba receivers, but in most planes you have no trouble installing them. Well worth the money
klara  9 points - 1/29/2012

What is the distance of the receivers work
 danikronos 660 points
have a range about a 1 kilometer

Hi Before making a mistake, I would like to know how connect the little servo connector on the corona RX. Do I connect the - (black) above or under ? There is nothing on the notice showing the way of connect it. Thanx
 Partija 2 points
The white can be see to up face of receiver, on other servos the orange terminal can be see to up face
 alexandre 16 points
Good afternoon, tboa later, the image like this, the servos are connected to the orange wire up and down black. hug alexandre

How long range this receiver? Any body tested ?
 rngarcia 20 points
hello friend, this is full range rx pay attention to the position of the antenna and try it out of reach
 EDUARDO PEREIRA 6 points
I use this receiver and your range is very long, but you must be using the antenna with 90o degrees per each cable
solidcarlo  27 points - 12/7/2011

is this smaller than the orange receivers? will this fit to the micro slick or other small planes? thanks!
 laotzu 9 points
It is smaller than the Orange receiver but bigger than the Frsky receiver.
 Ercofi 29 points
Same size...
 MrJome80 3 points
My Corona R8FA was in a hard-case with big dimensions. This Receiver isn't very small, but if you pull the case off and shrimp (or tape) it, it's really compact! Always think about the direction of the connectors - if they're straight they often need less space. For example the FrSky TFR6 need's a lot of height...
 pavol_b 5 points
basicl, it is longer due to the servo connectors. otherwise it is slightly smaller like the orange RX
 rokeras 682 points
The size of the FrSky orange Rx is 33x55x14.5mm and the Corona size is 55x33x14mm, slightly smaller.
etigrel  149 points - 11/29/2011

My corona receiver binds but servos doesn't work. Weird thing is speed controller responds. I changed HS and LS modes, tried digital and analog servos. How is this possible? Any recommendations any one?
 Tartago 482 points
Check the ESC. If it is opto, you need a BEC.
 Crysis 12 points
You should try with a small Nicd/Nimh 4,8V Rx pack and servos to see if it does the same. If not, your esc may be the problem.
 roberted5 104 points
ESC do have a fail-safe,if no motor is used or one wire has a bad connection they won't boot-up.The tone-beeps doesn't come from ESC but from the brushless motor.
 alexandre 16 points
Good afternoon, make binsd again, after this program your speed controller (steps described by the manufacturer) tbm check the reverse of your radio, turn the stick around racing and see what happens, working ok only reverse. hug alexandre

RCMODELREVIEWS said he had one of these on his workbench for a review that would be posted in a week or so. That was two months ago, and I still can't find his review. Anyone know where to find his review?
 Crysis 12 points
Write this in Google : Review: FASST-compatible TFR8 receiver Should be the first link.
 daddyrabbit1954 1 points
Okay - I saw that one, dated Aug 10, 2010, a prototype Rx. His comment that he would post a review in a week (here) was at a much later date. Thought he meant he would review the production model Rx.

Hello, does somebody succesfull setup failsafe on this RX? If I set failsafe on my 12FG, there is some jitters. And I try to press for 6 sec the button on RX to setup FS, but RED led doesn't flash and green led still in solid state... And FS doesn't work. Best regards, jeff
 matthew 6 points
***********servocity****/12fg-manual.pdf go here on page 60 it shows how to turn off/on and set up the falesafe feature. Hope this helps. Happy Flying!

Bonjour, Marche nickel avec ma T10 futaba
 Frogeye69 2 points
First you must bind the receiver with your Futaba FASST sender. You must first turn on your Futaba FASST sender, then push the button in the little hole in the receiver, then make the contact with the Battery. After this it must run.
shin hyup  1 points - 10/31/2011

hiw can I connet Highspped mode?? I tried setting in manual, but I still work low speed Have any guy make change Highspeed / low speed mode?? How can ?
 Frogeye69 2 points
When your receiver run you must turn of your sender (Attention with the Motor), then put the button in the little hole in receiver for 10 seconds, then the LED must blink faster, then its digital mode.

 pavol_b 5 points
hello, as that is a Futaba FASST compatible receiver, you need to use a Futaba FASST system TX. E.G. FF-9 with the 2.4 FASST module inside.
