I want to connect two of those ESC with a Y-cable to the RC Rx to power two motors. Can this be done while the motors run synchronized?

Is this birdy good for a 35 inch wingspan plane? Ben
 Brumasterm 2 points
Not Likly the best choice. Your probably looking at a 20A with a 3A bec. It would be best to look up your motor specs to see what it is rated at. If you can find it try to find similar type and size PNP plane and see what size ESC they have in the specs.

Does anyone know if this will work for a micro plane about 40 g I'm guessing not but hobbyking has such a limited selection of lightweight esc's
 ElectricAussie 2783 points
If you hope to achieve a 40g flying weight, you should probably be looking at one of the 3A-5A ESC's. There's no way a 40g plane is going to have a motor that draws more than 5A. If you look in the Tx/Rx SuperMicro section there are several 2.4GHz receiver/ESC combo units that are ideal for a tiny 40g plane. Cheers!

This is a simple esc with few programming options , only 3 series of "beeps" . Found a manual that may "fit" this esc , see under the "files" tab . Static testing went OK , seems to be a real value for money esc ! THX HobbyKing ! Bob
