These "phillips" screws in RC modesl are actually JIS screws. Unlike Phillips screws that are designed to cam out under excessive torque JIS screws are engineered to *not* cam out under torque (the Phillips screw hasn*t been relevant for over 40 years and should have been phased out ages ago). However a Phillips screwdriver will damage them.
They should just start using Torax screws in models, it's the most cam out proof screw there is, even better than hex heads.
When the package arrive a few min ago, it was labelled with the part number 18255 but they were not socket head screws in the plastic bags, they were countersunk phillips head 2.5mm x 12mm screws! Good one HK either the description or the picking dept has it wrong.

I am very disappointed. Waiting for 2 weeks and got delivered wrong items. It is either the picture is wrong or the stock picker was drunk. I got a philip countersink screw not socket head screw as described. HK wasted my time and money.
