How it works? I can't understand how it can be adjusted. And what means L100 mm? This rods can be adjusted to 100mm length?

There is a left-handed thread on one end, and a right-handed thread on the other end. When you screw your clevises or ball links on the end and fit them to your model, the length of the linkage can be adjusted by simply turning the rod (no need to disconnect the ends to adjust)

Nice, light weight easy to adjust at one tenth the price of H******9. Please list in inches for us lazy Americans too lazy to convert to metric. Great product, will buy more as needed.
