¡*¡* Esto no sirve para nada !!, los receptores modernos no lo necesitan.
Es una interfase para actualizar los antiguos receptores V1 que ni los habeis conocido.
Can I use this to upgrade my V8FR-HV receiver so I can use it together with the D8R-II plus receiver and DJT module without having to flick the dip switch on the module?
So if I update my old D8R receivers, I will also have to buy the new transmitter module? or is there away to upgrade the original D8R transmitter module?
No this was to use to update the old D8R which was running the old software . The D8R II has the upto date software already installed so theres no need to update at the moment
No it's a way to connect a Telemetry receiver to a computer, is just an adapter to help you to connect the RS232 of your receiver directly to an USB in your computer. With some reading you can figure what king of data you can collect and use in your laptop. Of corse, you'll need to develop a software to your laptop. I use the Mathlab to read data from the virtual COM port and show it where I need.
This interface is used if you want to upgrade the firmware on your D82 receiver to the current version 2, one end plugs into the receiver and the other into your PC via either a serial cable or frsky usb cable, ie. www.link Frsky V2 upgrade manual with full details is at: www.link
Note warning from frsky
Note:
2) As firmware upgrade requires case’s removal of D8R receiver, FrSky will not support warrantee replacement if damage
occurs.
3) Dealers will be provided with FrSky upgrade lite to carry out firmware upgrade for customers, however FrSky can not
guarantee the dealers’ service will be free of charge. Contact your dealer for information.
No big deal just be careful make sure computer is pluged into the mains power.
