I have this motor as a spare now and I´*m thinking of using it with a Mugi Tea Racer I´*m assemblying. What ESC should use with it?
 haim/katia 4 points
25a to 30a will be great
Giedrius  5 points - 2/15/2013

Very durrable and powerful motor for the money. Only ball bearings rust to death in a boat. Does any one know what size berings are inside and were can I get a replacement?
 Giedrius 5 points
On hk there are 3*7*3 and 3*10*4 bearings, that might fit. Which should I take?
Mattias  55 points - 1/27/2013

can i run this motor with 45A ESC?? in 1/16 rally extrem on 3S?
 branden 40 points
yes but you have to watch the temperatures of the engine.make sure you have a lipo that will supply the engine and esc with enough amps.also make sure you have good gearing ratio or it will over heat.
tkf90  152 points - 8/22/2012

Has anyone already tried with impeller?
 branden 40 points
yes its very good in the mini e revo and almost any mini rc. ive got it in a mini 8ight and the m8

is this good for funjet????
 Chris Walker 13 points
no my friend, this motor, work very good in a car rc 1:18 o 1:16
 Ben 31 points
If you want a good motor for the fun jet go With the ntm prop drive 28-36 3000kv 750watts witha turnrgy trust 70 amp esc. I have just upgraded from the 55 amp to the 70 and I am yet to check its air speed. On the 55 amp Setup i measured my air speed with a gps logger at 210 km per hour. Can't wait to measure the 70 amp setup. I run this on 4s 1800 and 2200 nanotech, this is not a setup for beginners
 Vojtech 7 points
I use this motor in my jet Skyfun. Very satisfied! It flies great, maesured speed more than 180 km/hod. Battery 3s 2200mAh Nanotech 45/90C. Propeller 5x5". Static current 56 Amp, 579 Watt. It is better than my previous motor, Typhoon 2218 kV3450 with prop 4,7x4 (47 Amp, 492 Watt)

Hello: I'd like to put this engine in a plane in direct drive. What propeller can be used?
 Chris Walker 13 points
this motor is only for car
 branden 40 points
liio at the diamiter of the shaft and get an adapter for it
 OzBlueDragon 37 points
Jean this motor has too high an rpm for direct drive unless you run a very small prop. You need an outrunner or a gearbox for this motor. Cheers *)
 leonardi 12 points
Hi OzBlueDragon, would a 6x4 folding prop be "small" enough for this motor?
 leonardi 12 points
well, in ecalc it shows the motor overheating with a 4.1x4.1 propeller at 34A maximum. Anithing bigger by the calculation will simply melt the motor...
 OzBlueDragon 37 points
Leonardi you need to run this motor on a gearbox with maybe a 7x6 or 8x6 Slow Fly Prop. This motor is high RPM and low torque which means you will burn it out on direct drive hence the ecalc results. You could use this motor in an EDF only for direct drive. In a car set up it will be geared very low to use the rpm of the motor. Hope this helps you my friend. *)

is this good for 1:10 scale?
 Chris Walker 13 points
no, this made ??for scales 1:16 to 1:18 ... but could be because it is a very powerful motor
 branden 40 points
nope good torqe but not enough for a 1 10 scale.
__bare  708 points - 6/16/2012

Is this motor actually 95!! Grams? That's ridiculously (prohibitively actually) heavy ..If.. accurate
leonardo  53 points - 3/29/2012

inrunner or outrunner for delta trike?
 Joel 97 points
outrunner would be ideal, but you could still use an inrunner as long as it mounts alright.
zenzen  52 points - 2/13/2012

is it good for 1/16 turnigy buggy or monster beetle? thank you
 Joel 97 points
yes, ive ordered one for my 1/18 stadium truck, and yes this motor is for smaller scale vehicles, not suitable for 1/10 scales etc

Is this a 3 mm shaft or a 3,17 mm shaft. Does anybody know?
 Aubin 16 points
I measured it at exactly 3mm. Hope it helps !

 Marc S 14 points
Auch, that's gonna take a piece of paper between it and the pinion then. I have never seen 3mm pinion's haa anyone?
 Marc S 14 points
I`ve put a childrens straw over the shaft. That made it 3.17mm.

WIll this motor fit the Rstler and the Stampede ? With a 32P pinion ? and a 35A Ezrun/Trunigy ESC ? with 3S Lipo.. Please let me know asap. Thanks
 Scheer 22 points
This motor is too small for the Rustler and Stampede. This one is the same diameter of the 1/16 Mini Revo motor! You want to find a 540 can for the Rustler and Stampede, also a 35A ESC is too small for the Rustler and Stampede, go with at least 60A.
 bgo.o 5 points
This engine does not mount on the rustler and stampede at a distance because of the mounting holes being 17 mm and the diameter of the body to be 24 mm, a search engine with the body of the diameter of 36 mm and distances of the mounting holes 25 mm. It has tons in Hk.

I want to replace my Ammo 2445 3790kv on 4s using a hyperflow 55mm fan. Does this have the right stuff & power to match it. I hope the specs are under estimating what this new line of motors can handle. 350 watts & 32A on 12v max. That is so dam weak for this size of motor WTF is that!!!
bryce  7 points - 1/6/2011

Just received this motor. It's very well made. It's actually Suxfly motor but the pic above does not show that. The shaft is 3mm as stated. Length is 45.17mm and diameter is 24.05mm exactly. www.suxfly.com

Very pleased with purchase!

I`ve put this motor in a Holliday buggy white a 20t pinion and the 60amp esc www.link toke some hobbying to fit it in this car because normally a 20t does not fit. I’ve put a peace of (children’s) straw on the shaft to get it to 3,17mm, that worked fine. Used the Turnegy 5.000 mah lipo. www.link power, almost uncontrollable. The 350 watt of power makes the car wheelie when you go from half throttle to full power. Great great great for just a little money

Engine excellent quality! They come in pretty boxes, perfectly packaged. I bought two of these engines as a test for the F-14 EDF. The parameters seem to be good. After testing I will describe the relationship.
