These turnfins are a bit big for a 66cm boat. They should only be about half of the size of your rudder.

hi everyone, I would liek to know what turnfin size do I have to use for ah hydro of 49 cms. long??? adn this one must must be like the one in the picutre or the curved one or the anlged one??? big question for a rookie like me.... please I need your helop guys...

Depends on the sPeed you are trying to go, with a small boat like this, i dont think turnfins are necesary�*�* But if you want to reach high speeds think of 30 mph you can put them on. You wil need turnfins, half size of you rudder, definitly not bigger.

Hi no the turn fins are to stablize the boat they are fixed Its a servo that turns the rudder to steer the boat NOT the turn fins hope this helps

Turnfins prevent (when cruising on high speeds approximately 30-50 mph) the back end of the boat to break out when making a fast turn. This makes the boat easier to control for beginners, if your speed is higher then 50 mph, you will need them for sure!!
