They are not hard case. They will work Just fine in your SCX10.

I had a problem with them being a little bit too long and too wide for the majority of my vehicles, including my DF03-RA and my SC10.

I ordered this lipo and they are a little too thick to fit in the battery bay of my Losi Strike. Can I exchange them for a differen lipo like above?

I use the same batteries in my strike. I had to use a dremel to grind some of the sides away in the battery tray. I also had to grind some off of the speed control mount and it worked great. Easy mod and no problem with strength.

I dont know if you can exchange them but, I run these in our strikes. I just ground down each side of the battery tray. (not all just some) You would also have to grind some off on the bottom of the esc mount. They are great batteries

If you grind a little bit out of each side of your battery tray it will fit like a glove!

consider using a dremel and cutting out holes and sanding them down for that extra room

I'm using this pack in a Traxxas Slash 2wd. The sole negative I can think of is that the wire used on the packs is so ridiculously large, soldering connnectors is needlessly difficult, and fitment in the truck requires some fiddling. But performance-wise, and in terms of bang-for-the-buck, these packs are hard to beat. 40 minutes of runtime on Mamba Max Pro Speed Passion Cirtix combo, geared fairly aggressively. I would definitely buy them again.

Received balenced correctly, charged great and runs great. Use in Aquacraft UL-1 for 5-10 runs so far with no issues!

Great battery for slash and slash 4x4, soldering the trx connections is difficult because the wires are to thick. Other than that great battery, awesome price.

I purchased two of these lipo packs and a turnigy charger from HK over a year ago. They ballance charged perfectly the first time, and performed flawlessly on every subsequent run in my brushless boat. They are still working perfectly today, with over 250 cycles on them. These are a great battery at an awesome price.
