could this spinner be used with a counter rotating prop in a twin application ?

Would this spinner be good for the Dynam Cessna Trainer instead of the foam one that comes with the plane?

Does the motor have the 3.17mm shaft?

found out the Dynam Cessna 182 motor has a 4mm shaft and it is a 2 1/2" spinner.
