thanks, I was afraid that he would break the tension receptor, then is not there to put bec?
 H-KING_SCOTT 5237 points
To a degree, it defeats the object of using one of the packs, however, if you are unsure then by all means, use a regulator.

What type of balance charge lead is this as i would like to get some extension leads for this Life Po4. Thank you

Is this lifepo4 or LiIon? Lifepo4 is like a123 with 3.3v nominal voltage. LiIon is 3.7v... If this is 3.3v at 1s, then this is LiFePo4 and not LiIon.... So ehifh is it really?

today my battery is perfect ! I dont know the reason but after many cycles the voltage is like the same, is it normal that this battery needs many cycles before the two cells are similar in voltage ? second question is this battery is a "life" or "ion" ( I charged it with Turnigy accu-6 life prog. )
 humacher 8 points
It's a "ion"
 stick08 26 points
tks, but on Turnigy charger the only voltage that is 3.3V per cell is "Life" the other is "Lilo" 3.6 V, and "lipo" 3.7V, so I used Life for this battery.
 balaman 2 points
I would be better for a receiver Futaba FASST, or would have to put a bec?
 fortiz 5 points
It´*s LiFe

 p.chats 80 points

MAVER1CK  14 points - 5/27/2011

Can it be charged with IMAX B8 Charger?
 p.chats 80 points
Yup sure can be charged on an Imax B8... just make sure you change to Li-Ion 3.3v Charging
stick08  26 points - 4/30/2011

each time I charged it on Life balance program with the Turnigy accucell-6, after charge & discharge ( C= 2.3 A D= 0.5 A ) I have all time less volt on same cell as last time it was 2,87 v vs 3,23 v the other, and the program stop before the end ( "battery voltage cell low vol" did this mean I have to return it for exchange ? ( if they do... )

will this battery work in a 4pk radio?
Geraldo  15 points - 9/6/2010

Hello
Does it charge in $pektrum or Futaba receptor for glow airplanes?Do you Ship to Brasil, how much?
Thank you
Geraldo
 chewy 154 points
You should be able to charge it thru the receptacle with the proper adapter, if you charge do not require the balance plug to be plugged in at the same time. You must use an LiFe capable charger. You should also balance charge it from time to time. It is not as critical in its requirement for balancing as a lipo, but still should be balanced once in a while
 chewy 154 points
Sorry for the typos. Change "if you charge" to "if your charger". Cannot edit once posted.

No, not at all. You'll need to buy a special charger. I have a Turnigy Accucel-6 50W 6A Balancer/Charger w/ accessories for $22.00 that I use to charge all my batteries ( RX, TX, Li-po's, Li-fe the lot )

I have now bought 2 of these, very good battery pack for flight pack, at 2300mah I get a lot of fluing time, they charge quickly and deliver a superb drain curve. 1 gripe id that they come with a 3 cell ballance plug which you have to modify by cutting 1 part of the plug off and placing the terminal in the other socket, my charger thinks its trying to ballance charge a 3s pack, with modification to ballance plug all isw good.
