As far as I know, these blades are not semi symmetrical.
As they are narrow cord they will need a very high speed motor on a 2 blade, and this will rip them apart from the root for they are made from plastic.
But if you using them on a multibladed heli, these are the best because of the narrow cord and narrow cord blades dont give the motor much stress as the airflow between the blades is higher.
ces pales ne sont pas symetrique, elles sont très flexible, ce qui rend les maquette quadripales très stable. elle ont moins de corde que des pales normales... je ne pense pas que sa vole en bi pales...
this blades are shorter than regular 450 blades wont give more all the other way. this are scale type blades. if you want more lift this are best for multi blade rotor with 3 4 or 5 blades. good luck
sharpshooter, with the combination of these blades plus the HK 450 %-blade rotor head, do you still need to use a stabilization electronics or you can fly without the use of these device?
Looks like a copy of the TF-SmartModel blade and those must be sold in matched sets (2,3,4,5,ect.) so they can be balanced and run true. If these are sold each who knows what you may end up with or even if you can get them to match up with one another. The 315mm is the over all length so that makes them a little short on a 450 size heli and if these are copied from TF-SmartModels gen.1 blade which I think they are the airfoil was quite ***r so more power is required then most standard FG or CF blades.
So Cap231ex, Have ya tried them then? or are ya just making a uneducated guess? I ordered some today and will let ya know how they work out.If they are **** they still will look good hangin on the wall for $0.63 each. Right?
I have tried them on a 450 with a 5 blade main rotor head and a 4 blade tail rotor. They run much smoother than standard wooden blades and did not require any additional balancing . the 315mm length is no problem with 5 blades. They require less tail rotor than 5 wooden blades and I most likly could get by with a 2 blade tail rotor but I like the look of a 4 blade tail so I an going to keep it. Only issue is the high shipping cost and slow delievery from China. Would be great if stocked in the

They work great on a 450 with a 5 blade rotor head . Run very smooth with no additional balancing. Much smoother than balanced wood blades. The 315mm length is no problem for a 5 blade head. I am running a 4 blade tail rotor but and not sure if it is required with these blades. 4 blades is a must with standard wooden blades. Only issue is they are not stocked in the U.S. and the delievery time and price is way to much from China. That's why I gave them 4 stars.
