Did these come with a replacement lug nut? I can't find the nut that holds the wheel on for sale here.

No it does not come with lock nuts, its a standard 3mm lock nut available from any hardware store..... 5.5mm socket/tube-spanner.

Will these work on a rustler vxl?

No, these are for a 1/18 scale car and will be way too small for a rustler.

Bought those for my rally extreme and the dog bone doesn't fit in ??? they seems to be to small anybody had the same problem ??

When mounting these, cover them with shrinktube. This will prevent them from 'opening up' and will make sure you won't lose a dogbone.
