The 16mm is the diameter (round) before shrinking, ie it will just fit on a 16mm diameter cable... but it will be about 25mm wide when flattened. So if you want to wrap a ESC that is roughly rectangular, say 18x3mm, you need not greater than 42mm flat (27mm dia) before shrinking, and greater than half of that, 21mm flat (13mm dia)... select 16mm dia.

good day we need e large number 200-300 pc of ths transparent shrink tube . if it works kell we may need over 1000 ps will you please let me know the cost for this numbers? also the two parts epoxy resin 30 minutes cure and 5 minutes cure more then 20 set at the time. please let us know discount prices. There's no discount prices, or you asking the question in wrong place. If you want to get it cheaper, try to use buddy-code. Theres a lot of sites that collect it. I got this tube for about 10% or less of it's price using buddy-code. Can't say anything else - it's on the edge of HK policy. Use Google. Hope that was helpful for you.

I think you need to place them close together or give a slight enlarged at the heat tube. Left with a good finish.

a 12 awg its close to 4mm and the heat shrink will shrink to about 8mm so tree 12awg will fit just fine
