Is the 30mm length from end-to-end (including threaded studs) or from the faces of the large diameter mounting surfaces? I'm guessing it's 20mm without the studs.
From end to end it is 33mm and from the faces of the large diametr is 11mm. I dont recommend it to anybody cause it has strong chemical smell(somewhat like cheap burning tyre) coming from it.

The rubber on these is very stff. I would have liked them to be a bit softer.
