My bike rear gyro is not spinning,what to do?

intern is a screw loose . you must compleet disasemel the weel to reach it. the mine was broken so i put it togetter whit second glue. til nou it holds. good luk . and greetings from holland.

Its an adapter that holds together the rear wheel and the big rear drive sprocket. I hope it helps :)
