my reciever only flashes the redlight. no binding. whats my fault? battery-binding-cable is set, power is on ch1. i'm holding on the Turnigy9X the binding button and turn on the transmitter, but nothing happend. the red light on the reciver flashes ... any idea ?

Lars do you have a Turnigy9XV2 Tx or a Turnigy9X Tx (The one without a module). If so you need a module. Now is this your first bind??? Watch the Videos on You Tubes!

This RX has dedicated BAT connector, power via BAT, plug binding loop into BIND
 NewToHobbyKing 16761 points
Yes but if it is flashing he must have that all OK! This is why I told him to look a the the You Tubes Videos. You can use one of the channels to power the Rx!

Hello Ok I'll order the FrSky TDI 2.4Ghz Combo Pack for JR w / Telemetry Module & RX-II V8FR. I hope it is compatible with the radio TGY9X Turnigy? Claude
 v_max 5559 points
First, this is turnigy RECEIVER thread... So, FrSky set is NOT cross compatible with THIS Turnigy RECEIVER... Frsky Combo Pack for JR IS perfectly compatible with turnigy 9x but you can use it only with frsky receivers ( D or V8 series ) .. Also you need to make simple mod of t9x to fit Frsky module. (unsolder stock antenna to remove stock t9x module and cut a bit of plastic around module connector to fit module completely)

is it possible to use ppm on this receiver?
 v_max 5559 points
No, it do not have PPM output, as well as PPM not present anywhere inside...
 vern 9 points
Is there a ppm, sbus ect that can be used on 9xr pro without changing module?
 v_max 5559 points
No... there is only 3 compatible RXes : this one , HK T6A v2 and GT2R. NO ONE has PPM out, No one has failsafe... And I'd say more.. Throw away j u n k stock t9x module without any regrets. It's has very short SAFE range (not more then 100m) and very bad protected from interference with WiFi spots...Lost model costs much more then good TX/RX set...(My choice is FrSky DJT tx module and frsky D4R-II receiver)

Vmax Ok thank you for the cable impedance I would change the tx tx for the radio TGY9X most powerful .is this possible? Claude
 v_max 5559 points
Sorry, your question isn't clear enough... If you want to replace stock TX module with long range one then there is no way to keep compatibility with THIS (AFHDS protocol) receivers. No other compatible AFHDS module exists.. You need to replace both stock TX module and RXes in this case. FrSky DJT module can provide up to 1.5km range of very stable signal.. But you need FrSky D or V8 receivers to match tx module protocol (ACSST). I use t9x with Frsky DJT module and frsky D4R-II receivers (reflashed to 27ms firmware) on all my quads and really happy with it.

Hello I would replace the antenna of the receiver 9x8cv2 what the inpedance the cable? Can you find all the antenna made? What is the output power of the TGY 9X? Claude
 v_max 5559 points
Impedance is 50ohm. You can use FrSky one... same 2.4GHz band.. PRODUCT ID: FRANT15... Just cut connector and solder cable directly. (note isolation is polyethilene and melts easy.. solder fast.)

4 thumbs up!
I am very satisfied with this unit ... I ordered it like five, and five operate.

how do you lose the range of 100 m? you have made several tests?

At the range I could be tested only 3 for now but the three were perfect (almost invisible models) ZERO problem.

This module weight 19grammes. if we remove the box and two screws, its total weight is 9grammes.

it is also possible to unsolder the connection plate and solder directly servos wires on the rx ( lot of place, very easy ).The final weight drops to 7 grams

definitely a great product

HOW TO BIND NEW RECIVER: 1. Ignore the "BIND" and BAT order, 2. Plug Battery into BIND pins 3. Plug bind cord (cable) into BAT pins red led will start flashing 4. Hold the "BIND RANGE BUTTON" on TX 5. Turn ON the TX (hold still button). 6. Red LED will stay ON, Turn Off TX, unplug battery, remove bind cord. Thats all :)

For some time now I have it ordered, but not in stock. As well as transmitters. Excellent product at a reasonable price, but unavailable. I give only four crowns.
