this is compatible with 9xr pro? what module i need?
 v_max 5307 points
Stock TX module not sold separatly.. The ONLY compatible module is FlySky TS-002 module.. I'd hardly recommend NOT to use this RX but use FrSky DJT combo instead. Much longer range, failsafe, lighter, smaller rx. Non telemetry one PRODUCT ID: JR-Combo OR telemetry one: PRODUCT ID: DJT.. Telemetry gives one important advantage - build-in low signal alarm right out of box (buzzer build in tx module)... Thought it costs more...

Carlos is you 9XR Pro is rather NEW then the " Turnigy DSSS 2.4Ghz Transmitter Module For 9XR / 9XR Pro (JR Configuration) SKU: 9171000547-0". Now this does work well on this receiver. (But on some older 9XRPros they will have a Issue).

Thank you Newtohobbyking, i had bought already the frsky, now the doubt is if frsky works with diferets receivers such as turning or orange.
 NewToHobbyKing 16115 points
C A you got that correct. FrSky will not work with Turnigy9XV2 (or FlySky B or C). Also FrSky will not work with the Orange DSM 2 / X either.
 NewToHobbyKing 16115 points
But FrSky are very good Rc Systems. The "FrSky 2.4GHz ACCST TARANIS" has had great reviews.
 v_max 5307 points
CARLOS AUGUSTO, no doubts FrSky combo is much better ... first it has unbeatable range over 1km This is just safety as chance to lose signal is many times less then on t9x stock set. But... yes... frsky ACSST systems only compatible with frsky D or V8 series receivers. Not compatible with Orange DSM2/DSMX or turnigy AFHDS/AFHDS2 or other brand rxes .. I personally sticked to FrSky D4R-II receivers (have 5 of it) which is perfect telemetry RXes for use with flightcontrollers. Small, lightweight, support failsafe and CPPM out, has RSSI out and can provide full 8ch in CPPM mode and have build-in low signal alarm.. This is fantastic good ones.

how do i connect this to naze32.skyline32 via PPM/CPPM? i have :Turnigy 9x 9Ch Transmitter Turnigy RF9X-V2 module Turnigy 9X8C-V2 8-channel receiver skyline32 acro a manual would be nice for the RX-9X8Cv2
 v_max 5307 points
This RX DO NOT support CPPM. Only PWM channel-by-channel connections. You would need additional PPM encoder board to connect this to NAZE32. Each channel connector on RX has 3 pins...from top to bottom this pins are channel out signal, 5v, gnd... You need to connect at least one 5v and gnd pair to 5v power source. Signal pins may be connected by individual wires... Channels ch1-ch8 order is AEL,ELE,THR,RUD,AUX1-AUX4... Connect them to ROLL,PITCH,THR,YAW, AUX1-AUX4 pins on PPMENCODER respectively... And then connect PPM Encoder out to naze

I have tried 2 of this receiver and both times they flashed once and then would not work afterwards.

What way you power your RX ? This RX requires 4.5 to 6v power... 5v BEC for example...

Hi guys! I am new to all this... anybody knows if the Zippy 500 20C battery is suitable for thisTurnigy 9x8C v2 receiver? How do You connect it? Do you need a ubec? or do You connect it directly? Thank You
 v_max 5307 points
No one LiPo ican be used to power this RX directly... this RX requires 4.5 - 6v... 1S lipo is 3.7v (less minimum), 2S lipo is 7.4v (more then maximum) The only way is to use 5V UBEC. .. But most motor controllers (ESC) have build in 5v becs so if you use ESC then you can power RX through ESC signal wires...(midlle wire on esc connector is 5v BEC out if ESC have BEC)

I am very satisfied with this unit ... I ordered it like five, and five operate.

how do you lose the range of 100 m? you have made several tests?

At the range I could be tested only 3 for now but the three were perfect (almost invisible models) ZERO problem.

This module weight 19grammes. if we remove the box and two screws, its total weight is 9grammes.

it is also possible to unsolder the connection plate and solder directly servos wires on the rx ( lot of place, very easy ).The final weight drops to 7 grams

definitely a great product

lub

For some time now I have it ordered, but not in stock. As well as transmitters. Excellent product at a reasonable price, but unavailable. I give only four crowns.
