More than just a fancy name. TURNIGY nano-tech lithium polymer batteries are built with an LiCo nano-technology substrate complex greatly improving power transfer making the oxidation/reduction reaction more efficient, this helps electrons pass more freely from anode to cathode with less internal impedance. In short; less voltage sag and a higher discharge rate than a similar density lithium polymer (non nano-tech) battery. For those that love graphs, it means a straighter, longer curve. For pilots it spells stronger throttle punches and unreal straight-up performance. Excellent news for 3D pilots!
Unfortunately with other big brands; numbers, ratings and graphs can be fudged. Rest assured, TURNIGY nano-techs are the real deal, delivering unparalleled performance!
Guys i"m buying the Turnigy nano-tech 6000mah 2S 25~50C for the Revolt 30 so what kind of connecters i need for the Imax B6 Battery Charger and for Revolt 30
Thanks
Hi anybody can tell me if it fits in an e-mta from TT?
Hardcase with L adapter will not fit always because there is no room to top.
Maybe with an from bullet to dean adapter?
Thx and greetings from germany :)
They fit very well in the slash 4x4, and will work with your brushless motor, as long is the charger is lipo compatible and balancing, and able of charging 2s pretty much any charger will do.
Yes I have two of them. They are 8 months old and charge at 6amp every time. I think you mean 2amp not 2 c. They still change to 6000. We race them almost every weekend and they get charged 4 to 5 times in a day.
received my pair of 6000. fits nicely with room to spare inside Savage Flux Battery Box and this battery also fits inside Erevo Battery Box.
I posted a video and a photo of both cars and the battery soon. Hope this help for those who need more confincing.
the battery comes in a small cardboard box from turnigy and then are packed into another box by hobbyking for shipping, the estimate is a little high, to make sure shipping costs are covered. The battery itself weighs less than 300g.
I really dont know if they will fit in your savage flux but i use 2 of these for my electrostart and they are really good i do recomende them to you, measure the space you have in your savage flux and if they fit you should buy some of these
I have just received 4 of these and need to confirm something plz. I noticed the sticker on the back says "max charge 5c"? Does this mean 5 amps? I assumed they can be charged * 6amps being 6000mAh but would like to KNOW if that is correct & what the "max charge 5c" means? cheers.
The C rating for charge is the same as the C rating for discharge, it's how many times the battery's rated capacity it can be charged or discharged. In this case: ~5C (max charge) x 6Ah= 30A max charge. ~25C (constant discharge) x 6Ah= 150A max constant discharge.
thank you for your replies.
So if I had a charger that could charge at 30 amps I could do so without problems? It's probably a good thing I am limited to 6.0 amps with the 4x6s Turnigy charger I have.
I have 2 these battery and charge a 20amp. My battery work well and the capacity is 6400mah. I have this battery a six month. I have one rhino 1050mha em 40c and I charge a 5amp I dont have any problem.
One thing i found on this battery is that it is longer than standard size, i bought one and it is aprox an inch (or 20mm) longer than 2s lipos, so beware in the place (car my case) that you are planning to fit it because it could not fit in the battery tray or space. Hope it is useful.
I have a Imax-Quatro, each port is 5000mAh max. These batteries are 6000mAh, would my charger charge this battery ok or do I have to buy a new charger that have 6A output or higher.
Your charger will do these, but if it has a time out feature or a max mAh in to the battery you may have to cycle them twice if the pack was fully dead.
5amp rate is fine, but if you are balancing & have the ability these will take a lot more.
oh no, are you sure is 155? oh my god stupid hobby king!!!! I wanted these batteries so bad and I bought other turnigy just for their mistake. they will pay for this!!
then you are a luck man i bought 8 normal 5800 turnigy batterys 25 c and 3 were total dead and one has a bad cell so iended up with half what i paid for.
it must be just me then i have never had a all the turnigy batterys i have ordered in good working order there is all way a bad cell or a dead cell in the battery packs.i have bought flight max batterys and it has been the same.
I have about 20 Zippy and Turnigy Lipos and just got my first dead cell in a 2200 2s Flightmax. Arrived with one cell at 1.2V. For the prive I'll take my chances.
Also had a 6 month old 3s 1600 explode last week though.
i have just had some deliverys of the new turnigy nano tech batterys 5000 and 6000 2s to 5s and all 24 of them are in perfect condishion.and the other normal 20 to 30 c turnigy batterys 70 of them .i have just received are all ok but one it has puffed up in transit.so well done hk on this order .i have just ordered 90 flightmax lipos 5000 2s to 6s and 5800 2s to 6s i hope that all these batterys are in good working order.
I have 15 turnigy batterys 2650 3000 5000 5800 and now a 6000 some have done 30 flights and never had any trouble with them.I have 3 hacker batterys that where $220.00 each and 1 of those was no good so now i will be sticking to the Turnigy brand they are great.
I bought 4 of these to use with a Traxxas Summit, they fit nicely into the battery compartment with minimal room to move. The wires are slightly too large for the standard holes on the Summits' battery compartment doors which can be easily trimmed to suit. They do close without trimming but it's a tight fit. So far I am comfortably getting 90 min run time with a mix of Hi & Lo range in an otherwise standard vehicle.

1 thumbs up!
These are awesome battery's... Purchased 3 for my slash 4x4. Shipped from Hong Kong warehouse and received in just 4 days. All cells were balanced well with 4 cells at 3.8v each and two cells at 3.7v. They are very skinny for a 6000mah pack. They fit in my slash without having to use any battery modifications at all. I have charged them at least 20 times now with no problems. Have lent them out to friends to use and they keep trying to get me to sell them!!! Highly recommended battery especially for the cost!!!
These Pack will bring tears to your Eyes , were where these when a waz racing Cars . would be a Good idea if included with the Battery the other Plug Wouldnt that be Handy
