These pumps were designed for use with gas boats running and will allow plenty of water circulation while boat is standing still or at low rates of speed. Very easy to install and will not share engine power when pumping water . It's a very hi-quality pump with a never fail diaphragm. Each package includes the water pump, tygon tubing 20cm , 90 degree fitting for your intake manifold, carbon pump mount and four s/s screws.
Hey! I have a Piper Pawnee plane for spraying. I need a waterpump to spray out the water from 24 small hull ( 1,5 mm ) and the lenght is ca. 2meters. The diameter on the hose is 6mm.
Can i use this pump. Will it spray out the water or is it to small?
Waiting for answer.
I have one of these installed with one Zenoah 260 PUM. In high RPMs it doesn't pump water. It's connected to a forced water pickup. My question is: Does forced water will flow through the pump when the boat is running ? Or I need an additional (serial) water source for high RPMs ?
yes, at higher speed the water pumps stops pumping because pressure from the inlet exceeds the pump and the water practically bypasses the pump and goes directly...when the boat stops and the water pressure drops the pump do the job to cool the engine
