I use mine for FPV and AP and have never experienced a problem. My cart has allot of CF but the HK model shown at top does not. (Maybe just the land gear). The final design has not been built so I cannot comment on materials they will use in the production run.
Also CF is not a major RF problem unless you surround your antennae with it. Like in the case of a fuselage or wing tube. Thumbs Up

If so, what did you use? They seem to quite thick and I'd like to know what can I buy to replace them, especially on the non motorized one.
Thanks,
Fernando

The lines used are (In my opinion) fine for this $30 foil. I realized very small difference between the Dyneema and this nylon. The drag created by these heavier lines was nominal and the added ease of adjust-ability and of course Cost seemed to out weigh any downfalls. However, the lines are tied to Nylon loops so they are easily removed from the foil for upgradingSmile

As one of our members here has completed the task of creating his own foil, and now a few actually, I think he would agree that for the price its a bargain! Much work is required to template and sew them up. Thank God for Chinese Sewing!!!Thumbs Up
Let us know what you think.Big smile

Not bloody wrong there Jake, material cost $20p/m here and on average mine take 4mtsShocked.........and over 30hours to make, even if I were to knock that down to one day at current rate it would cost $380 for a 2.2m foil to be made in Aus...............compared to $30 Aus.......I bet the people who make them can't afford one......makes you wonder don't itWacko
