I've googled and you have to look for servo with that dimensions more or less like that: http://www.servocity.com/html/hs-82mg_servo.html
But please check the 1/16 revo manual. It should state the min/max dimensions of the servo. If my googling is correct, look for metal gear servos of 20g weight with that dimensions. Edited by Grzegorz - 16/May/2010 at 6:35pm |

The stock servo's are junk IMO. My and my daughters both crapped out.
I installed http://www.hobbycity.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=8760 works great.
And just order http://www.hobbycity.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=6608&Product_Name=D-MG16_Metal_Gear_2.9kg/.08sec/18.8g
for a cheaper alternative for my daughter, let you know how it goes.
Tks

I replaced mine with a Hitec HS82mg, DO NOT get the HS85MG as it strips out too!

This is the one I used to replace mine:
it's a bit smaller, but it tightens down all the same and has EXCELLENT torque. I bash my MERV pretty hard (20+ feet at the skate park) and I haven't managed to do any damage to this servo.

Lasted for a while but stripped gears, good thing I bought 2. If you want more reliable basher go with the Turnigy 380MAX. Much better quality IMO. http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=8760 |
