Please, I need detailed iformation on how to make plug-in, detachable or two piece wings for 1/4 or giant scale models.

All1/4 scale wings are allready detachable (from plan, kit or ARF), and most are allready two piece.
 
The hobby is modelling, so think a little and built a little.
There is plenty of info on the net, and it's not too difficult, a tube and multiplex connectors and you are almost there.
