i am new to electric modling i had a plane with a enya 80 -4s in it and the motor is tied so i thinking about doing a up gade to elactrice so how do i work out the right motor to go in it i think the enya is tied and it is a bit under powered |

That's a decent guide for helping pick the right brushless motor. Always make sure that the ESC (driver for the brushless motor) is higher than the rating of the motor.

You could provide more info. Like the wingspan, length, current flight weight with the Enya. Style? low wing, High wing etc. You do that you will get far more help.

I have a Parkzone P51D-BL with a .480 motor. I would like to upgrade to a more powerful motor but am not sure what motor is compatible since most motors here say 35-40 size or similar.
Any help would be much appreciated.
