Trying to learn how to program with ESC programmer. Connections made correctly and according to instructions on back of programmer. LEDS are all lit, but nothing responds to programming buttons.

What is going on?

From experience with this type of ESC cards, if that is happening, they are faulty cards. Throw it in the bin.

Also, it is very common that owners connect these up with the ESC BEC and an RX battery ... does them noooo good at all.
I have some helicopters. I crash less than I used to. I now have some fixed wing aircraft. I now crash a little more again! I also have Internet Explorer and can actually edit my signature ...

good to know.

Next question is should the ESC's do anything when the power is applied ad they are connected tot he FC? Also do all 3 pins (gnd, vcc, signal) of all 4 esc's get connected tot he FC? or just the signal wire of each ESC?
