Yes, the ESCs will have slightly different cutoff point, so they will not cut the motor power at the same time. A LiPo should never be drained, that's bad for them. What cutoff setting do you use?
You should use a timer to be able to stop flying before the battery is empty. For best Lipo health, there should even be 15-20% juice left in them after each flight.

Perhaps the quad is going out of balance due to the juice draining out of the battery.
Sometimes when I reflect back on all the beer I drink I feel ashamed. Then I look into the glass and think about the workers in the brewery and all of their hopes & dreams.
