Test it without props. When you advance throttle, does the motors start and speed up equally?
Gyro test:
Tilt the quad backwards, does the back motors speed up?
Tilt the quad to the left, does the left motors speed up?
Rotate the quad clockwise, does the left/front and back/right motors speed up?
Test left/right and forward/back stick input and see if motor response is correct.

When i throttle up with out the props, its hard to tell if all the motors speed up equally. But if the props on i can tell that the 2 rear motor speeds a lot and thats the cause of tilting forward. Can i just do it with props on?

Sure, but if a gyro is revered, there is a chance that it will pull out of your hands when you try to tilt it.
Have you performed the throttle calibration procedure? If so, it might be that you have to add some forward pitch trim.

That might be because there is too much gyro gain. 50% is too much for theses small quads.

If it's v4.7 try pitch gyro=0% and roll gyro=25-30%.
(This part seems to be missing in the manual)

Just noticed that it says S/W v4.7 on one of the pictures in the manual.
