Don't think it's going to stop any time soon, though the limiting factor may become processor horsepower and memory space. That's already solved, there's an replacement Tx board that will take it even further as the project gathers speed, it's already giving the major manufacturers some serious headaches, and I suspect the new version 9XR coming soon may make that even more so.

Time will tell. I've only had my 9X a short time, and I'm just about to jump into the whole open source scene, and likely to get involved futher, given too many years working with computers, flight simulation and full size flying.

If nothing else, it should get exciting.

Shore, if twas easy, we'd all be doin it.
