When torque is given for a servo, at what distance from the shaft centre is this measured? Shouldn't this be in gm/cm, gm-cm or whatever?

Thanks for any help.

That's A Good question, you would think that it is worked out closest to the servo centre, you lose mechanical advantage the further out you go on he servo arm.

It's actually given in the specification if you look. While a servo, the TGY-D1290P for example, may be rated in the page header as '.35 kg' if you go down the page you will see it defined as 'Torque: 0.35kg/cm'
I don't care what it says on the profile - I'm so NOT GB!

OK. Thanks for the reply. Again it's given for some and not others. Hopefully I can can assume that they are all in Kg-cm.
