Why it doesn't have a balance cable

Will it works with my Imax B6-AC charger and also will it works with my HPI Savage flux xs?

	If you zoom in and look closeley you can see them, 99% of the balance lead is hidden behind the battery. http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=25227
