Extremely SLOW packing times

Why is it that we pay 16.99 for shipping from the US warehouse, expecting it to ship out of the warehouse within 48 hours like stated on their HK site. Just to find out that it takes ALLOT longer than that. Order placed on the 21st of this month. Processed payment clears Tuesday (22nd). My order has been sitting in their warehouse "waiting for the postman to pickup." I'm sorry, I didnt pay for USPS, I paid for UPS. And their site clearly states all orders will ship within 24-48hours. What gives HK??? Waiting paitently for an order I should already have.. . . . . Definately not ordering from HK again until they straighten up their act. Very dissapointed in the service paid for....
