Shaft Size for Polyamide Motors Quadcopter

Just bought one of these light ply frames with polyamide motors. Looking for the shaft diameter so I can obtain some mounting spinners - yes I know the have prop savers but I want to try three bladed props.

Also can anyone tell me why HK advise 6 x 3 props but don't appear to have the counter rotational ones required?
