From what I have come to learn over the last week, HobbyKing seem to have little interest in what customers have to say, and even less interest in doing anything to improve what they currently offer...so little point in wasting our time on these things.

I'm going to stick to assisting other hobbyists on here until the place inevitably implodes.

Too bad, it's been going that way for quite a while now and it would be so easy to fix. You're right, they just don't want to.

Maybe when Anthony has finished opening up warehooses all over the world, trying to become the (sorry had to do it like this - the old oops trick popped up on me) D-I-C-K Smith of the R/C world, he will pay some attention to that part of his business which will cause it to founder eventually.

Sometimes when I reflect back on all the beer I drink I feel ashamed. Then I look into the glass and think about the workers in the brewery and all of their hopes & dreams.

Maybe when enough orders don't get shipped and people start wondering why it takes three months to get anything they will post a sticky on their web page about new and improved service. That will take care of the problem for another year.

More spin. His order was with him in a couple of weeks or so and it was missing a ESC. he notified CS and they immediately credited him the cost of the speedie in store credits and emailed notification of this and an appology. He then chose to not do anything about asking for a cash refund or for them to send the speedie onto him as advised by others including myself on RCG. Topspin then went on the usual bender of saying it took months and they never answered him etc. etc.

Topspin lied blatantly to other members on RCG warning them not to buy from HK as their were hidden customs and local taxes charged that they would have to pay (note this was on a sub 100 buck order into the US). He has tried to claim there is no US warehouse that it is a clothing store and that the postal point address of the UPS store was actually the warehouse. He claims that most of the members on this forum who support HK in any way are anthony Hand with multiple accounts, He claims I am AH.

Sadly he actually made several posts on RCG which showed exact dates of when his stuff turned up, when he notified CS the speedie was missing and stupidly posted the email response from CS telling him that they had store credited his account. To this day Topspin has never posted in Order support to request they ship his speedie or cash refund him. By his own admission on RCG he refuses to solve the issue and even said they can jam their 10 bucks in store credits. You see if they solved his problem he could no longer complain about it.

With all this he and some other banned RCG members decided to start a HK and RCG hate website. John cuts and pastes selectively information from here and RCG to carry on his rage.

These are all facts, As he was banned from RCG he can not edit these facts. They are there for all to see.

Mark

You find that little people who make up stories never care to back up their claim. Topspin struggles both online and in his reality.

I wonder What his shop would be like. There would never be a backordered item, he would never make a mistake, no battery would be faulty, he would only sell the best ESCs. His planes would all be perfect. Servos would be gold plated.

Life through topspin colored glasses!
