can someone that lives in the states contact me that has bought from hobby king and has paid online and it shipped from over seas i am not understanding an issue and if you can email me or PM me your number to call you or i can respond with my number to call me i need to get some help to finish an order i placed that they have put on hold due to my lack of undrstanding

If you are a new customer and you used a credit card and they are asking for a picture of it. That is a very normal thing anymore. HK is trying to protect you (the customer) and themselves from fraud.

I had companies here in the US ask for a picture of the card.

I have over 50 orders over the last three years. I live in MI. I have used PAYPAL instead. Never had a problem.

The fastest shipping is UPS three day. My orders when I use that I receive in three to five days normally from door to door.

I use international registered for most orders as I am just ordering replacement parts or items that I will need on a future project. EMS is NOT really faster just more expensive. Especially once it hits the US postal system.

Lets hope you used Pay Pal. If you did you have 45 days from the time they made payment to file a claim against Hobby King. If you used a credit card you need to call your credit card company and explain the problem to them. Most credit card companies have a buyer protection clause.

If you want help from anyone you will need to provide more information like exactly what problem are you having besides not understanding?
