Look at the ER9x project, this new firmware for T9x supports direct connection of a DSM2 module. So you can hack a module from a cheap transmitter like hp6dsm and connect it to your T9x (power supply through 3.3V stabilizer).
And the best is the price, you can find this "donor transmitter" for approx $20 :D

Seems the initial price drop was in sync with another store, leader hobby.

Now that the other side has raised back it's prices, HK did the same.

Maybe Flysky didn't like the price war and contacted both.

No offense, but it can't really be considered their fault you didn't buy it fast enough...I agree your situation is unfortunate and kinda stinks, as $38 is far better than $55.....but you know the old saying "The early bird gets the worm"

Hell, at $55, the 9X is still a bargain.

I paid $125 for my old iMax 9X (same as the Turnigy but with buggy software) about three years ago and I thought *that* was cheap.

$38 was amazing -- $55 is still an amazing deal for an 8-channel computer radio with a 2.4GHz RF system that's light-years better than DSM2.

That's not the point. The point is that they have increased the price just like that. No advertising, nothing.

When is was at 38$, they could have said that it was on sale to X of October. Without this, how to know is that was the new regular price?

Really now, are they expected to 'let you know' about every price change ever made? They stock thousands of items, many of them changing prices on a daily basis. How on earth could/would they know to give you the heads up on anything at all, letalone the exact item you were pondering?

Come on now, be realistic....people always balk and say things like 'Awwwwww they should have let us know!!!!' when the reality is it's their own fault for missing the boat.

Since when do companies 'advertise' that a price will be going up.....it just doesn't happen......

They actually advertise when it's going down, and until when. That exactly what just happen here, from 54$ to 40$ to 54$.

As a customer, I don't care how many products they have to manage.

Home Depot have thousand products, Walmart thousand products... yet they manage to tell people that these products are on sale until X of october.
