You must have family that works in HK. They are raking in millions and that is great. Im happy for them. They must learn to take critisizm whern it exist and stop running away from complaints. I have made over 35 orders from HK the majority are fine all problems the bad %10, have all come in the last month. Look, complainst focus the direction of good companies. Complaints are a good thing HK defence man.
I am a business owner and I never mind complaints. It helps me correct the problem. The large majority just leave and never come back. I perfer complaints. I am sure they would also. Why do you feel the need to set the rules for others. Hk is week on several levels.Being the worlds next super power, I think they can handle and appreciate the critsizm and complaints. Once they do get on top, you can kiss cheap price goodbye. You will have nothing left but timid, slow, excuse laidened, crummy service with high prices.
keep the complaints and critiques comin folks

700$ in orders.ordered on 22nd, on ordeer in processing for 4 days. ( NO batteries) HK states customs has stopped large batteries. I have paid in over seventy dollars for EMS shipping in order to get timley delivery. No one is ever accountable when the shippment arrives 45 days later. HK will not rerfund even a pecentage of the shipping cost and they get away with it. You know this will come back to screw us all if we just write it off to the fact thay they sell cheap stuff.
They will remain third world in customer service. They got the best minds the US colleges can educate running this show. They know exactly what they are doing. Do they give a it is the question. I am not sure yet. I do know that Hobbyzone has replaced every thing I HAVE EVER SENt THEM BACK. NO QUESTIONS ASKED. even one receiver that had been mashed flat in the road, things I damaged, things they screwed up. The 7300$ worth I have ordered has about a 18% failure rate. It is not worth shipping back. Add that to cost of shipping and poor service and HK margine is not that great. But is fun changing the US market and trying to keep them honest.,
