Bixler with brushless problem

that is the same TX i have in hand, yes the red led will stay on as long as the RX is bound to the TX.The brake will not make the motor not run, it will stop faster when shut off(100% down to 0%).When you go max(100%)and hear a lot of beeps the esc is going to program mode.when you go to 0% it should arm? Q,do you have the program cord for the TX.if you do make sure it has not been set for heli.they have curves that can be setup and can be set to graeter than 0% with control all the way down.i have the TX but not the plane so i cant tell you how to set the ESC up.the instructions are just genral and work on most ESC's.

Problem solved. After programming ESC following instructions now motor runs perfectly. Thanks to all.

If you have the same plane with the same problem then I suggest you try the same solution as posted above.
