Your hook should go just right infront of the front skid.

You might want to reposition the hook to the back of the front skid if your Stinger is nose-heavier than average. Perhaps you should also increase the angle and tension of your bungee launch. Only you will be able to judge for that.

Good luck!

Is anyone launching from a bungie? If so can you tell me where the hook should go. I had it up the front and she just nosed in. I suspect it might need to be placed an inch before CG.

Ive not quite decided on what to do with the SportJet70mm. The cockpit does seems to be a perfect location for me to place a Predator's camera with a pan servo. A tempting thought. Ha!

I will put that Jet aside for the future or maybe sell it off to a worthy modeller.

For now, I planned on doing something with the AXN then the Bixler.

Just sold my lovely Stinger away before finishing the paint job. For those who are wondering - The paint scheme was supposed to be based on NASA's Space Shuttle.

Some last pictures of it and a size comparison.

Good bye Stinger64! I hope you make your new owner proud!

That is just the base coat. I have a few other planes to work with and an intention to try quad copters. I am deciding to sell this Stinger to make room and im thinking that buyers might prefer a plain base coated fiberglassed plane to decorate it themselves.

Fizer, any pictures of your scared Stinger? Curiousity got the better of me!
