I try DVD tray shafts but there are 3mm :(. I need 3.17mm

Get any shaft you can which is the correct dia and cut it to length. I have given up waiting for correct shafts to come in stock and use anything I can get hold of. Most are around 48mm in length and often length is not critical anyway.

Sometimes when I reflect back on all the beer I drink I feel ashamed. Then I look into the glass and think about the workers in the brewery and all of their hopes & dreams.

welcome to the BK problem. the best way is to place it in your wish list and leave the box for e mail when arrive checked. order more than one shafts are the first to go if you hit the dirt.you could check and see about a 1/8 inch drill bit if it were 6 to inches the shank may be long enough for your use after you cut the drill part off, dont know if you have a grinder and collars to do this are not that would be up to you.
