As a newbie, I took the challenge to build the HK-T500 ccpm 3D EP 500 size heli kit and completed.
Items used: Tx Spektrum DX6i, OrangeRx 6ch,HK 401B, HKS-9257 servo for tail & HKS-9650 x3, HK 500H Heli motor 1600kv and HK SS Heli Series 70-80A ESC w/UBEC.
Binding successful finally; but motor failed to respond except beeping repeated only.  I searched on the website and got a programming instruction for the ESC 'H70A'. Followed faithfully to the dits and dashes tone and saved.
Started up again; but when throttle up all the motor gives are high pitch beep sound continuously until I pulled down the stick.  Can anyone help. Thank you in advance.

I had same esc to start with and had the problem of each time return the throttle to zero it would cut out and reset. the ss series they say are for helis are not worth using. For units in the same price range try mystery or skywing or hobbywing, or go better with align or better still with castle.
NEVER under any circumstances take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.

Set throttle dead end on 1 % or more to let the esc .stay in program .
When make the trothlle at 0%dead end the esc will reset to factory mode.
Cheers,Alex
