My 600GT project is again back on the bench Wacko

I have had zero success with the KD600L motor.  The motor got very hot after just a minute or so hovering.  The motor was way out of balance at certain harmonics/rpm, causing the magnets to rub on the stator - the resulting sparks are impressive but not exactly what I was looking for.

I am looking for a new motor suitable for 6S & 100A ESC.  What successes or failures have other 600GT owners had with their setups?

I havent tried the T600 myself, but going off the internal width of the frame being just under 47mm, the T600 wont fit being 49mm

My HK-600GT is still on the ground.

It has the Typhoon 600 engine, which probably lack some very needed juice.

I am thinking of the 600M @ $100.

But first it has to get right sevos/servomounts --- then I fly. Than I will post:)
