More than just a fancy name. TURNIGY nano-tech lithium polymer batteries are built with an LiCo nano-technology substrate complex greatly improving power transfer making the oxidation/reduction reaction more efficient, this helps electrons pass more freely from anode to cathode with less internal impedance. In short; less voltage sag and a higher discharge rate than a similar density lithium polymer (non nano-tech) battery. For those that love graphs, it means a straighter, longer curve. For pilots it spells stronger throttle punches and unreal straight-up performance. Excellent news for 3D pilots!
Unfortunately with other big brands; numbers, ratings and graphs can be fudged. Rest assured, TURNIGY nano-techs are the real deal, delivering unparalleled performance! !
* The nano-core technology in lithium ion batteries is the application of nanometer conductive additives. 1) The nanometer conductive additives form ultrastrong electron-conducting networks in the electrodes which can increase electronic conductivity. 2) These additives create a superstrong ability for imbibition in the carrier liquid to supply more ion channels. This improves the ability of ion transmission and ion diffusion. Through improving electronic conductivity and ion transmission, the impedance is reduced and the polarization of high rate discharge decreases greatly. Advantages over traditional Lipo batteries; -Power density reaches 7.5 kw/kg. -Less Voltage sag during high rate discharge, giving more power under load. -Internal impedance can reach as low as 1.2mΩ compared to that of 3mΩ of a standard Lipoly. -Greater thermal control, pack usually doesnt exceed 60degC -Thickness swelling during heavy load doesnt exceed 5%, compared to 15% of a normal Lipoly during heavy load. -Higher capacity during heavy discharge. More than 90% at 100% C rate. -Fast charge capable, up to 15C on some batteries. -Longer Cycle Life, almost double that of standard lipoly technology.

guys..i charge this battery using my charger that comes from my F86 RTF version, the red led light flushing indicating that charging process is on progress, approximately how many minutes thus this battery becomes full?my manual did tell me what are the indicators if the charging is finished..pls help..
check to see what is the charging current stated on the battery charger. for 1 ampre charge to your 370mAh batt, it should take 22 mins (If it were fully discharged) It'll be shorter if you only partially drained it
get yourself a proper lipo charger, it only cost you around $30 for a good digital lipo charger or you can risk burning down your house.
i rather pay the $30 than risk burning down mine house.
guys.pls help me...i purchased this jet micro f86 but the RTF version..but the battery i*ve purchased was the turnigy 370mah,2s 25-40c..can this battery be used for this jet...i cannot buy the zippy 350mah,2s,20c because its backorder..my shippment will arrive this week from hk...pls guys give an info...thanks in advance..
this pack will certainly work with your F-86 BUT this is a flat battery pack( thin, and big rectangle ) the Zippy 350 mah pack is square and thick ( more cube like )
i'm sure that this pack will work with the power system in your F-86 but whether this pack will fit inside the F-86 battery compartment, that i don't know ( reason stated above )
Yes you can use it BUT you will have to remove some foam from the battery compartment. I use this one and the Zippy 350 2S with no foam trimming and it fits perfect. You may need to add a gram or so to get the CG right with the 350's.
The weight of this 370mAh 2- and 3S packs is so low you can bring some packs to Europe with very low postal costs. I live in Belgium and ordered 2x2 of these. Check the very low registered airmail costs under 'Postage Table', within 7 to 10 days after placing the order you have them at home.
Just reciewe my Turnigy 2S and 3S nano-tech batery. Only 1 gram more then my normal batteri and what a big differens. The power is great, and thats all the way to the end :) Pleaase use timer alarm, becourse it deliver till it die.
How are other peoples 370 doing? I like mine. I got five in and they all tested well. They came well packaged. The stock Lipos weighed between 24.78 grams and 25.42 grams. Measurements are 55-56 mm long, 30.5mm wide and 8.5 -9.5mm thick. I should have order more.
I'm love the nano but this thing capacity is much less than 370? How is that bossible for nano thingy? Some said that Rhino is better. Probably buy Rhino 360mAh 2S this time, 75 cent cheaper also. Can't be worse than this.
To get this batt to 20-21 gram: Remove the charging wire completely. Shorten the balance connector to the minimum. Then use just the balance lead - charge and discharge. Remove outer cover and plastic pieces. Use a bit tape to hold it together.
Can anyone confirm the weight? 27 grams seems a bit heavy for this size and that 5 grams over the Rhino 360s, 6 grams over the flightmax 350s can be significant in this small size application.
Robachan,i read many of your suggestion here in this discussion section of HK..i use this batt.for my f86 RTF but it wont fly, its just a couple of seconds in the air and boom it will fall straigth into the ground...pls sir..help me..here is my email add..glenn_mech*hotmail****..im a beginner in this hobby..

Up to 15C on SOME batteries, meaning some nano-tech batteries can handle that charge rate. These say 5C in the Product Config Table. The 160s and 130s can handle 10C. Wonder which ones can handle 15?
Guys, if you want your packs to last longer then don't charge them at stupid high rates. 1C is plenty fast enough if you have a half dozen packs. And who can't afford a whole pile of packs at these prices?
I'm a little picky about my charging so 3C is my max, but yes 5C would still work. I'm just not sure how long the battery would last.

1 thumbs up!
Bought the 3S version. Thought this review would help. Disassembled pack entirely and got 3 cells each weighing exactly 9.6g. Cells are very thin but wide.
No Puffing! Stayed cool at 13C charge! Love them! 10 Stars!

1 thumbs up!
Use these packs in my blade 130X snug fit pushes a little on the stock canopy nothing major, increased runtime over stock and a little more power. Dimensions are incorrect the true dimensions are 55X30X7
will see how the hold up over a number of cycles but for $3.60 vs $22 for stock battery i am already way ahead thanks Hobbyking :D
very good for the blade 130 x seems better than the e-flite pack

Wow!
First charge after tests in the Mini Mig 15 (6.2v after cut off of the BEC): I was Disappointed ... 430 mah! Having a second look I considered it wasn't one of my 460mAh ones! *lol* about myself and very happy w/ that battery! Running time (static test)80- 90pcnt w/full throttle ~5 min in my mini Mig15.
Great!
