hi,
Yes, you can use XT90 connectors but you will have to cut or unsolder the HXT 4mm connectors for XT90 or make an adapter between HXT 4mm and XT90.
Regards
I took and made me a adapter to connect the battery to the charger and I changed my connector on my esc so that matched the battery's connector, so buy several extra connectors. maxout
depending on the plugs/connectors you use then you most likely will have to fit new ones to the battery . plugs on here are cheap . so order them at the same time as batteries .
Most people have a favorite type of connector I use gold type for my batteries and have adapted each bit of kit to suit just make sure all connectors are the same orentation and can not short or be pushed into the other connector. Albert
Today i got my Lipos, and what schould i say? DO NOT USE THEM "as they are"!!! Don't knwo if the HongKongBoys are not willing or just don't know how to solder! I had to solder all of my new Lipos in the right way, there is nearly no tinsolder at the plugs!
I tried once, no issues with the battery but my charger really didn't like it. So I have stuck with 1C. I just have multiple packs so I charge them up the night before.
I am flying a T-rex 600 with these batteries, and im charging them with 10 amps(2c) every time, with no problems at all. The declaration says "NEVER charge ABOVE 2c" so there shouldn't be anything wrong with it.
if we may believe the weight: these are 812grams vs only 742 grams for the flightmax... (mine weigh 752 grams with 4mm bullets and full velcro on one side) so difference in weight is about 9% more...
got meanwhile three of them weight differs between 763 and 782 grams. 763 grams I removed the gold connectors comming with the battery originally and replaced with gold connetors and shrik tube I bought here.
It came yesterday, and Turnigy is Hobbykings own brand, so I don't think anyone but admin knows anything.. If it is anything like the other Zippy/Turnigys, it is great value for the money!
Bought 4 of them a few month back. 1 died after about 10 flights (one bad cell) the others are not erforming too well compared to other packs I am flying. Also took the FlightMax and have to say the same dilemma. After about 25 flights they act the same as my other packs after 100 flights. Savings seem not to hold in a long run.
have no link but meanwhile three of this packs. nGoes very well in my Miss wind electric setup drawing about 55 AMPS at full throttle. After 6 mins flight battery does not get warm at all. All maneuvers can be flown at about 1/2 throttle. Great Pack for best price. Will buy no other cells anymore. Got some Helicopter pilts in our club already having 250 cycles on theese and do not see dramatic capacity loss as well, by using the 1/3 2/3 rule.
Please return the quality of the Zippy-H back. I have those 2 years old that still performing better than equivalent Turnigy which are only 6 months old.
Still a good value, but not great as they were.
Very impressed with this pack on the Trex 600ESP. I have been using $300 FlighPower 5000 mAh LiPo's and decided to give a Zippy or Turnigy a go. Chose the Turnigy since the Zippy's were back-ordered. This pack runs cooler than my 5000 mAh 25C FlightPower packs, only weighs 10g more, has slightly more punch throughout the entire flight, and after a flight all 6 cells are always within 15 mV of each other - always balances up nicely to within 8mV - out of the box new, there was an imbalance of 6mV - so much for hearing about the cells are not well matched in these inexpensive packs - this pack was better than any of my FlighPower's were out of the box. The other nice feature is they didn't skimp on the length of the balance wiring, and silicone wires are used for the balance wiring as well - nice touch. Don't know how the longevity of this pack will be, but after my 10th flight - it is working 100pcnt. Shipping to Canada was fast and the only regret I have is I should have ordered at least 2 more - now the 5000 6S 25C Turnigy's are on back-order as well. Not hard to see why...

19 thumbs up!
Works amazingly well! Like it better than the Zippy, love the silicon wire on the balance connector. Gives new life to T-Rex 600 and doesn't even get hot while flying. As with any other battery I recommend break in before doing hard 3D.

Batteries perform very well, better than the 25C Flightmax (lower voltage drop under load). Only got 16 flights out of one pack though - one cell in pack dead. Opened the pack and found that one of the cells had "cracked" open, which was strange as I was only pulling about 55A max from two 6S packs connected in series -(
