Umm.. more like water resistant. As long as these are "inside" the submarine it will be fine. If it's going to be completely submerge i guess this is still your best bet. because of the rubber seals.

hey there,
i bought 5 of these servos, 4 of which do not even respond to my tx/rx even on both of my remotes, they make a sort of centring noise then do nothing when you move the stick, and the fifth one works, but jitters SO badly i cannot use it. i would not buy these again. and i would not reccamend you to buy these if they are for something that relys on them to stay in the air! spend the money and get something better!
They are very noisy, but can not expect more for the price!

I bought four of these to put in hk600. I plugged the battery in and within seconds one burnt out. The other three seem to be working fine.Not sure if i should switch them out or try another one. Very mixed feelings.Not real impressed with all the smoke being let out and killing it dead!
GOOD BUT SPEND A LITTLE MORE AND BUY 616DMG-HS (HK REF).

I bought these to use with the Turnigy TG-380 airplane gyro. I take aerial video, and I wanted to keep my plane flying smoothly. They're fast for airplane servos, work well, and are dirt cheap. I've bought much more expensive servos, but these work just as well.
