   mattk0 (70%)
Dude, chill out. It now says "goods arriving in 10-14 days" - they'll be coming and that's part of getting a price that's 1/3 of any comparable battery, sometimes you take the hit in wait times...
   Adrian (-75%)
Lol do you work for hobbyking ?? they can say anything they want (10 to 14 days ) i know how long i have been waiting for these lipos and don't care if they cost 1 dollar i bet you they wont have any stock in 14 days

Could somebody please (accurately) measure the diagonal? :-)

I need the battery in an odd configuration in a circular tube, and the dimensions are very near the maximum.
Thanks in advance :-)

Actually the 25C model(745g) is heavier than the 20C model (720g). The web description is wrong. It makes sense the higher discharge, the heavier.
   kaon01 (74%)
The real WTF is that the 25C costs more than the 20C.

Can anyone tell me why the 25C model is lighter than the 20C and 30C model? It makes sense that it's lighter than the 30C, because the higher C rating the heavier the pack. So....why is this 25C lighter than the 20C?

From Bill Hedge copterman

have a brain glitch! I want to start a discussion of the 6 cell battery in the T-Rex! many say that you should not run the receiver off the 6 cell! Yet the 500 T-Rex does this and apparently has no problem! many put a separate receiver battery, a two cell, when using a 6 cell power pack! But why not in the 500 T-Rex!??
has anyone had trouble with the 6 cell in the 500?

Have forgotten how to start a discussion and get this information!
   ivux_SILVER (69%)
T500 ESC, RCE-BL60G, has a built-in 5-6V adjstable BEC and is rated from 7.4-22.2V (2S-6
S).Other HV ESC normally don't have a BEC like the one that came with T600ESP thus the need of a separate receiver battery or an external BEC.
   Scott (12%)
You want a separate battery anyways because if something goes wrong that disconnects the main battery you would loose complete control of the heli. Flying a 600 and had the align motor go bad in flight and it disconnected the main battery, at least I still had servo control! :-)

MIDNIGHT FLYER (83%)
I got mine and the connector is nice and heavy duty BUT where do I get these connectors for my ESC and charger. I don't see any on this site but the smaller red ones.
Anyone know?
Thanks
   Kenneth Ablack (93%)
Brent would it be a problem for you to convert to Deans battery connectors? That's what I did.
   MIDNIGHT FLYER (83%)
Thanks Kenneth I am thinking about that but I can't find a solid amp rating on the deans connectors. I have read they are good to 50amps cont. but I want 80amps cont.
What amp draw are you running on your deans.
   Kenneth Ablack (93%)
80 amps but not constant. It varies because it is in a car. By the way those connectors are called sermos connectors if I remember correctly. Type in Anderson Powerpole Connectors in Yahoo and you will get a lot of information to assist you.

rick (60%)
i had the same problem in my trex 600e it was rf noise from my speed control to my receiver put a 30 dollar rf filter between them and the jerking went away it jerked only in inverted backwards flight.
   copterman (86%)
From Bill Hedge

where do I get this filter? and what is the name of it?
   copterman (86%)
on the tail jerk problem, I simply changed the spot on the DX-7 where the T-Rex 600 was programed! I now have a 600 and on down several spots, I have a 600 2! and the tail jerk went away! then after many good flights, it is slowly oozing back in, particularly early in the flight! may have to change it again! and will twist the wires, and ad an rf dampener! if I can find one!

earlwb (59%)
I would check the servo wires going to the gyro and servo. The power wires going to the receiver, and then on to the gyro and servo, need to be the heavier duty gauge wires. Put in a twist to help cut down on RFI some too.

after many succesful flights, my T-rex 600 has developed a tail boom jerk, have repalced the servo, and the gyro, and the problem is still there! any suggestions?
   ppxav (86%)
if you use align esc, here is the culprit.
change ESC

would this battery be okay for the T-Rex-600?
   KERRY (96%)
SHOULD BE AN EXCELLENT CHOICE.I USE A SIMILAR PACK (5000 mah BUT ONLY 20C)AND WITH HARD FLYING IT ONLY GET WARM. THIS ONE *25C SHOULD BE NO PROBLEM.I WILL BE ORDERING THIS PACK NEXT TIME I REQUIRE ONE. ALSO,4000mah 30C ZIPPY'S ARE PERFORMING VERY WELL WITH LESS WEIGHT.
   KERRY (96%)
CORRECTION,THE 4000mah ZIPPY IS ALSO A 25>35C PACK,BUT THEY ARE WORKING GREAT IN MY 600 E-SMART HELI.
   alex4orly (59%)
I have purchased recently 2 LiPo - 6S1P / 5000 mah Zippy, 25 C.
Today, I tried for the first time to charge them, 1 gets to 97% and the other only to 91%.
My previois experience ith 4S1P 5000 mah was much better. Can I do anything about it?
