Charger looks nice however the related 220v imax adapter does not fit! also the amps are way to low.So why name this item as an related part. Can't use the B8 now! Service on hobbyking is below al levels!!!!!!!!!!!! There are not responding on my last 10 sended emails. Better think twice before you buy someting here. Maybe il here from them again in 2010.

u r able to change ampages on these chargers and can hook these to a any 12V power source by just cutting the ends of the wire.. Just be sure u connect the rite polarity.. give that a try..

You can Calibrate the chargers voltage readings also...
Hold on "ENTER" and "-" button at while powering on the charger.
The charger display something like this :
+00 VOL: x.xxV
SAVE(ENTER)
Then hook your battery to it and adjust readings to your good multimeter.

Has received a parcel with this device. Dimensions inspire trust. The huge, convenient, informative display. The built in balance weight. A good set of cables and adapters for different types of accumulators. The unique minus is fan noise. It was possible to make more silently. As convenient a case for transportation.

Placing 2 cell Li-po plug in to the 3 cell balancer (Imax8) in the right side and it will work perfect

si les NIMH sont de meme capacité (Ampères), il suffit de les mettre sur un Y connector et de simplement brancher le Y sur le chargeur, il detectera un NiMh de double capacité tout simplement, je preconiserais de bien decharger les 2 packs pour que ceux ci se charge bien completement ensemble

you can charge it but you can't balance it so you need an external balancer, or you can with an adapter charge 2x2S with the 4S setting but the batteries needs to be similar and same Amps.

you charge and balance 2s packs plug in the balence lead on the pins on left side of any of the ports and charge as a 2s.a membber of my club showed me this one charging three 2s lipo's as a 6s in three diferant balence ports.(he an electrical engineer)

can you tell me what lead I need to use with the balancer, my charger is working very well but for now I use an external balancer with it, and also for the 2S there is not plug available
