That is not what they told me. I have to send them a proof picture. As far as I know this is even illegal. They have to accept it back. "John", who always answers in the middle of the night keeps repeating the same stuff about the proof picture. I asked him twice to send me an address where to send it back. pathetic.
I bought this one from the UK store and it arrived broken - both cracked blue cover and one cell was dead. now it is a hell of a lot of work to get my money back, I need to send proof pictures of how it doesn´*t work, which I can´*t provide, as I only have a simple charger. Great
Hi, did you register the number on the back of the battery, if not contact customer services they will ask you to send it back and they should test it if faulty then refund you less postage of course, good luck Chris.
My number 1 battery choice, use in all my planes as 3 or 6 cell setup. Ultrajet set up on 6s - ballistic performance (160mph ) - batteries come down warm but do not puff, appear to deliver said C rating. I prefer these to the nano cells which in my set ups have not perormed as well. Many of our club members now swear by these cells and at this price can afford to 'over spec' their set ups so hardly challenging these packs at all.
